The optimal structure of the school day implies that after the academic part students have time to rest, as well as for elective activities.
During electives, according to pedagogical recommendations, it is important to provide an entertaining format, a change in the type of activity after the school day. The electives are held from 14:00 to 16:00. The schedule is constant and does not change during the study semester.
Signing up to electives takes place at the beginning of the school year. During the first two weeks of September, children can change their choice and make their own schedule. Groups for some electives and sports sections are multi-level: the children who attend them for the first time have 45-minutes lessons for beginners, and children visited the classes through the year can attend lessons with a greater load (1.5 hours).
During the semester, you can change the elective only for valid reasons and only in case the group is not full; you must agree it with the facilitator and inform the class teacher. Otherwise, the elective can be changed at the end of the semester.
The electives are held from 16:00 to 18:00.
The frequency of each elective is 1-2 hours per week. Depending on the features of electives, 1 time per week is possible. Please note: the student can not attend the elective only once a week, if the program is scheduled for 1-2 hours during the week.
At the end of the semester there are open final classes that parents can visit. Classes can take place in the form of mini-concerts, competitions, etc.
