Researcher at the Institute of Problems of Education NAPS of Ukraine, Honoured Teacher of Ukraine, winner of the First Prize educators of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Oleksandr has 24 years teaching experience, during which he was a teacher of labour training, technical types of work, drawings, and technical groups. "My methods are as varied as the characters of the students. I try to keep abreast of the latest developments and to use all known methods for working with students". Oleksandr enjoys all the interesting, innovative, original and transfers his interest to his students.

My name is Alla, I have experience in teaching labour training and technology for students in grades 5-11, experience in club work, experience in teaching adults as a NUS coach, and experience in conducting MCs for children undergoing treatment at the Okhmatdyt National Children's Hospital as a volunteer of the Tabletochki Foundation. I am seriously and responsibly committed to working in such a modern educational environment as Novopecherska School, and I look forward to pleasant and fruitful cooperation, professional development and growth to achieve common goals. I consider my superpower to be the ability to create ‘miracles’ with my own hands, as I have various technologies and techniques for processing construction materials, and I can also teach my students to create ‘miracles’, show their best sides in each child, teach them not to be afraid to create, be creative, create projects with a ‘twist’, and realise their own vision.
